Why Drink Specialty Coffee?

Quite simply, because it tastes better. Grown only in ideal climates and prepared according to exacting standards, specialty coffee possesses a richer and more balanced flavor than mass-produced coffee. Plus, it must pass a stringent certification process to ensure that it is free of flaws and imperfections. You can find specialty coffee at most gourmet coffee shops and cafes."

A Message From Bryan-David Scott, CEO

North Star Fine Coffees is proud to serve the finest premium grade coffees in the world. Are there other good coffee companies out there? Absolutely. In fact, one of the many things I love about the coffee industry is that this industry allows -- epitomizes -- truly friendly competition. Do we believe OUR brand is 'The best.' Absolutely. But, you know ... in the coffee roasting community we each appreciate what we bring to the table. We can taste eachother's coffees and find good, complimentary things to say to eachother.

So, is there really a difference between our coffees? Sure. Let me ask you, is there a difference between a Kia and Bentley? Both are nice brands; have some similarities; but, in the end one is superior. Not rated by opinion, but by fact. Please, make no mistake: There is a difference.

Our coffees are five star rated, premium grade 1, the very finest in the world. Hand selecting the finest coffees combined with our roasting results in coffees that are luxuriously smooth, supremely rich, aromatic and perfectly blended.
