I was able to sample the Aurora and the L'Chaim this weekend. I must say, both blends are very well done. They have a great 'up front taste' that compliments the cup's aroma. The finish is smooth and really tastes incredible, cup after cup.

As far as your prices go, I believe that you are quite competitive. I have purchased coffee from other manufactures for probably close to double the price of the product you offer.

I thank you for the opportunity to taste these coffees. It is quite good. I will look forward to using North Star Fine Coffees in the future.
